The Cress EC32FH is built for studios that fire regularly. Running on 240V, it has the power to reach high temperatures fast and hold them dead steady through long firing schedules.
The Cress EC32FH is an EC-Series production kiln — Cress's heavy-duty front-loading design built for studios that fire constantly. Easy front-loading access, drying shelf below the firing chamber, multi-bank insulation (3" brick + 1" high-efficiency block on walls and door), and Kaowool rope door seal to prevent air leaks.
The 28" W x 32" H x 26" D front-loading chamber gives you of capacity (13.4 cubic feet) easy access without the lift-the-lid workflow — load full shelves, swap pieces mid-load, and unload without reaching across hot brick.
It fires up to 2400°F, all the way through cone 10 and beyond. That handles porcelain, stoneware, high-fire glaze work, and the most demanding ceramic firings you'll throw at it.
The EC32FH runs on 240V — most home and small commercial shops have this available. Total draw is 17,000 watts at 68 amps.

You'll pick your digital controller at checkout. Cress kilns are designed around Bartlett-built controllers (Cress is part of the Bartlett family). A note on lead time: Cress kilns are made-to-order at their facility in Carson City, Nevada, with current lead times running roughly 8-12 weeks. Give us a call before ordering and we'll confirm current production estimates.
