Procurement questions, answered
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept POs from accredited K-12 schools, universities, community colleges, and government entities. Request a quote first so your PO references current pricing, then email the PO to support@prokilnsupply.com — we confirm receipt and schedule your order the same day.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Net 30 terms are available to accredited institutions with an approved purchase order. New institutional accounts are approved quickly — we provide our W-9 and any vendor registration forms your business office requires.
How does tax-exempt purchasing work?
We only collect sales tax in Utah, so most institutional orders are already tax-free. If your state requires documentation, send your exemption certificate with your quote request and we’ll keep it on file for future orders.
What about electrical requirements and installation?
Every quote includes the full electrical spec sheet for your models — voltage, amperage, breaker size, and NEMA plug type — so your facilities team can review before you buy. Installation and any circuit work are performed by your own licensed electrician; we’re available to answer their questions directly.
How does freight delivery work?
Kilns ship fully insured by freight carrier, free to the Lower 48. Liftgate service brings the crate to ground level, and we can coordinate delivery windows with your receiving dock or front office. Inspect the crate before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
What warranty do these kilns carry?
Every kiln is brand new and covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty — at least one year on every product, and two years on the Olympic and Evenheat classroom models featured here. We help you confirm coverage before purchase and remain your point of contact for warranty support.
