If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you via email and void the authorization if necessary.
If the item is available for shipment within 5–8 business days, payment will be processed and the order will be submitted for shipment.
If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, your order will typically ship within 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Some products may be available for Canada, depending on the manufacturer. If checkout allows you to enter a Canadian shipping address, the product is eligible for delivery.
