At ProKilnSupply, we work hard to offer some of the most competitive pricing available on pottery kilns and ceramic equipment. If you find a lower qualifying online price, we are happy to review it and work with you to ensure you receive the best possible value.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower advertised price for the same product on another qualifying online retailer, ProKilnSupply will match or beat that price.

For products priced over $2,000, we will beat the verified lower price by $50, when eligible.

To qualify, you must provide valid proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, invoice, written quote, or email from the competitor.

How the Price Match Works

• The item must be purchased from ProKilnSupply first before requesting a price match.

• Once approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

• The price match applies to the item price and shipping cost, but excludes sales tax.

Our goal is to ensure you feel confident that you are receiving the best possible price for your purchase.

Price Match Policy Limitations

Our Price Match Policy does have the following limitations:

• The competing item must be identical (same brand, model, size, and specifications).

• The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of verification.

• The competitor must be an online-only retailer (no physical retail locations).

• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product.

• Auction sites, discounters, and marketplaces such as eBay, Overstock, liquidation sites, or resellers are not eligible.

• Promotions such as rebates, bundle offers, BOGO deals, flash sales, or similar offers are not eligible.

• Special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or clearance events are excluded.

• Price match requests are subject to manufacturer pricing policies and availability.

Cost & Approval Considerations

Price matches are subject to internal cost and loss calculations. If a proposed price match would result in a loss beyond acceptable limits, ProKilnSupply reserves the right to decline the request at our discretion.
