Orders, Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes—orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not shipped yet.

Can I cancel a custom or made-to-order kiln?

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Do you accept returns?

Return eligibility varies by product and manufacturer. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and approved returns may include a 25% restocking/cancellation fee due to freight costs.

What’s the return window?

Customers have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request, unless a product page lists a brand-specific policy that overrides it.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders, including large and heavy items like kilns.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 5–8 business days. Processing can vary by brand and whether an item is made-to-order.

When will I receive tracking?

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking details—typically within 24 hours of the shipment leaving the warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Typical timing is:

  • Order processing: 5–8 business days
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days
  • Estimated total: 10–16 business days (varies by item/brand)
Can you guarantee delivery dates?

We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but delivery dates are not guaranteed due to manufacturer timelines, freight scheduling, weather, and other factors outside our control.

How are kilns delivered (freight vs. UPS/FedEx)?

Small items may ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Larger items (including most kilns) ship via tracked freight (LTL). The carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help—but address changes can cause delays and any added carrier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty, Payments & Taxes

Are your products new and under warranty?

Yes—our products are brand new and covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty when applicable (terms vary by brand/model).

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes—financing may be available through Shop Pay for eligible customers at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

We typically do not charge sales tax except in Utah (where applicable).

Receiving Your Kiln

What should I do when my kiln is delivered?

Please inspect the shipment before signing, and take photos if anything looks damaged. If there’s visible damage, note it with the driver before accepting.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Document the issue with photos and notify us as soon as possible. Per our policy, freight damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How can I redeem my gift card?

Redeeming a gift card is a straightforward process. During the checkout process, there will be an option to enter your gift card code. Simply input the unique code found on your gift card, and the corresponding value will be applied to your total purchase.

Do gift cards have an expiration date?

Our gift cards typically do not have an expiration date. We want recipients to have the flexibility to use their gift cards at their convenience.
