Replacement digital controller assemblies for Hot Shot ovens and kilns. Choose the controller that matches your current setup or upgrade to a more capable model.
Note: If your kiln was built prior to 2023, please contact our office ahead of time to confirm eligibility for a controller upgrade.
Controller Options
- Bartlett Genesis Spark — Versatile touchscreen controller with industry presets and 30 custom programs, plus Wi-Fi for software updates, built-in diagnostics, maintenance logging, and automatic PID adjustment. Pairs with the Bartlett Kiln Aid app for remote monitoring and alerts. Compatible with most Hot Shot ovens (excluding Glass Ovens).
- TAP2 — Full-color touchscreen controller with unlimited program storage and built-in Wi-Fi. The free TAP mobile app lets you create and monitor programs in real time, set notifications, view by-the-minute firing logs, and check maintenance schedules.
- Novus N1030T SET & GO — High-performance PID temperature control with straightforward set-and-go operation, plus a built-in timer. Standard on the HS-360T tempering oven.
- Novus N20K48 — Turn it on and set the temperature. Supports up to 20 stored programs with up to 9 segments each, programmable via onboard buttons or the free Novus Quicktune app.
- TAP&Go — The simplest option. Set your desired temperature directly on the controller and TAP&Go automatically manages the firing process to reach and maintain that setpoint.
