Expanded Vertical Capacity, Modular Design
The Paragon Caldera XL Dual-Media Multipurpose Kiln is built for artists, educators, and studios who want expanded vertical firing space in a compact tabletop kiln. With a 7.5" W x 7.5" D x 9" H firing chamber firing up to 2,350°F, the Caldera XL delivers fast heat-up and precise digital control for ceramics, fused glass, enameling, PMC firing, porcelain, china painting, and mixed-media work.
L-shaped notched firebrick corner joints add long-term structural strength beyond typical mitered or butted brick designs, and a reversible firebrick base extends durability over time. Like the original Caldera, the XL is fully modular and compatible with Paragon's optional expansion collars — Caldera-X for additional depth, Caldera-BC with a bead door for annealing mandrels, and Caldera-E for added enameling height.

SENTINEL Touch Xpress touchscreen controller, instruction manual, and 2-year limited warranty. Also available in a 240V single-phase configuration — contact us for details. Optional high-temperature viewing window and lid safety switch available.
