How to Request a Price Difference Refund
To request a refund for the price difference, email us a link to the competing online listing within 30 days of your order date. Once we review the listing and confirm that it meets the requirements below, we will issue the appropriate credit.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

Warranty & Returns
Every product is brand new and backed by the original manufacturer's warranty — most kilns include at least a 1-year warranty. Exact terms vary by brand and model (see details above), and our team can confirm coverage anytime at support@prokilnsupply.com or (801) 839-5882.
Returns: New, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Freight damage: Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The body is formed from high-quality die-cast aluminium, creating a rigid, stable platform that stays planted through long sessions at the wheel. The belt-driven system delivers quiet, efficient power, controlled by a die-cast aluminium foot pedal designed for precision and maintenance-free operation. The 12½" aluminium wheel head sits on a unique spindle system that allows tool-free removal by hand while fully protecting the waterproof, high-quality bearings, and a large easy-wipe slop tray with integrated drain hole keeps you and your workspace clean. Pre-tapped threaded holes throughout the body, a movable shelf, and compatibility with two seat configurations let you adapt the setup to your own working style.
