Stackable Top-Loading Electric Kiln — 3″ Brick, Cone 10

Model
1814HE
Max Temp
Cone 10 · 2350°F
Capacity
1.97 cu ft
Power
4,800 W

The 1814HE is a compact stackable 240/208-volt top-loading electric kiln built with 3″ firebrick — thick enough to fire a full cone 10 for stoneware and porcelain. Its 17.5″ × 13.5″ chamber gives you nearly 2 cu ft of high-fire capacity in a space-efficient footprint, and it runs on a 30-amp circuit rather than the 40-amp service the larger models need.

Stackable models use the Olympic-proven electrical box design — heat shields with top and bottom perforations keep the electrical components cool — and balanced heating elements deliver even heat throughout the chamber under all firing conditions. The sectional build means the kiln comes apart for moving through narrow doorways and for single-section access during maintenance.

Included with every order

Pilot light, metal stand, stainless steel jacket, Bartlett KilnStar digital controller, full operator manual, and a 1-year limited kiln warranty through Olympic (standard on cone 10 models).

Options include the Genesis touchscreen controller, lid lift assist, 2- or 3-zone control, Type S thermocouple, 480V wiring, a vent, and castors. Give us a call and we'll help you spec the right configuration for your studio.
