Dual-Opening Access for Delicate Work
The Paragon CS14D Dual Clamshell Glass Fusing Kiln is built for glass artists, jewelry makers, and creative studios who want maximum flexibility when loading and arranging glass projects. With a 14" x 14" x 6.7" firing chamber and Paragon's dual-opening design, the CS14D gives you two distinct ways to access the chamber — full clamshell or independent top lid.
Full clamshell access lifts the chamber walls and lid together from the base, providing unobstructed access to the kiln floor for positioning glass pieces, arranging frit and stringers, and building layered compositions. The independent top lid offers convenient top-loading for slumping molds or quick project adjustments without disturbing the full setup. The chamber holds up to nine 4" x 4" glass tiles in a single firing.
