4. Freight company calls you — Once it ships you get tracking by email, then the carrier phones to usually the day of to let you know it is coming.

With a wider, taller 11" W x 9" D x 4.25" H chamber, it gives makers room to heat treat broader blades, taller fixtures, and multiple pieces side by side.

Heat treating in-house gives makers complete control over hardening, tempering, and soak schedules while eliminating the delays of outsourcing.
