Two kilns in one! The Square 1814GFETLC is both a top-loading and clamshell-loading kiln — you get standard top loading for general fusing work plus clamshell loading for flash venting, glass raking, and shelf loading. Glass firing kilns are used for fusing, forming glass shapes, and heat-treating.
Equipped with a lid element for the fusing segment and body elements for ramping, cooling, and annealing. An infinite switch controls the intensity of the lid element independently. Models come equipped with a pilot light, an 18″ stand, a stainless steel jacket, and a Bartlett KilnStar digital controller. Two-year Limited Kiln Warranty.
Upgrade to the Genesis touchscreen controller for more ramp-hold user programs. Other options include lid lift assist, bead door, quartz viewing window, Type S thermocouple, vent, and much more!
