Front-loading large capacity models come equipped with a pilot light, welded heavy angle iron frame, stainless steel jacket, and 12-key digital KilnStar controller for more ramp-hold user programs and multiple features including delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step, and many more for precise firings every time. Messages and Information are available for reviewing a firing profile before or during the firing, viewing the current segment the firing is in, and cone table for easy lookup of temperature and cone number equivalents. The FL5.5E is equipped with its own breaker box for easy access, safety, and lockout.
Additional options include upgrading to the Genesis touchscreen controller, 480-volt, Type S thermocouple, castors, vent, and much more!
Furniture Kits for Production Electric Kilns provide 4 layers of shelving, assorted posts, and a one-pound bag of kiln wash. Choose the standard furniture kit or build your own with shelves and posts in the quantities required.
