How to Request a Price Difference Refund
To request a refund for the price difference, email us a link to the competing online listing within 30 days of your order date. Once we review the listing and confirm that it meets the requirements below, we will issue the appropriate credit.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

Warranty & Returns
Every product is brand new and backed by the original manufacturer's warranty — most kilns include at least a 1-year warranty. Exact terms vary by brand and model (see details above), and our team can confirm coverage anytime at support@prokilnsupply.com or (801) 839-5882.
Returns: New, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Freight damage: Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The 1823HE pairs the deep 3.29 cu ft chamber of the 1823 with 3″ firebrick — taking it to a full cone 10 for stoneware and porcelain. It's one of the most practical high-fire studio kilns in the line: real production capacity, thick walls for efficient firings and long element life, and a sectional build that still fits through a doorway.
Stackable models use the Olympic-proven electrical box design — heat shields with top and bottom perforations keep the electrical components cool — and balanced heating elements deliver even heat throughout the chamber under all firing conditions. The sectional build means the kiln comes apart for moving and for single-section access during element replacement or brick repair.
Included with every order
Pilot light, metal stand, stainless steel jacket, Bartlett KilnStar digital controller, full operator manual, and a 1-year limited kiln warranty through Olympic (standard on cone 10 models).
A note on power: this model needs a 40-amp circuit with a NEMA 6-50 receptacle — a step up from the 30-amp service the smaller stackables use. Worth confirming with an electrician before you order.
