Built for artists, educators, and studios needing expanded chamber space in a compact front-loading design, the Paragon E14 delivers fast heat-up times, precise digital control, and reliable low-fire performance for enameling, fused glass, silver and bronze clay, china painting, lost wax burnout, and specialty ceramic applications. As the largest kiln in Paragon’s E Series lineup, the E14 offers the additional firing space needed for larger molds, layered projects, multi-piece firings, and more ambitious creative work.

The Paragon E14 combines the convenience and accessibility of a tabletop kiln with the chamber capacity serious artists need to scale their work. Designed for enamelists, glass artists, jewelers, educators, and multipurpose studios, the E14 provides the flexibility to handle a wide variety of firing techniques while maintaining the dependable thermal performance and user-friendly operation the E Series is known for. Whether firing larger pendants, sagging glass over molds, annealing delicate projects, or working with bronze and silver clay, the E14 offers the space and precision required for professional-quality results.

Inside the 13" wide x 13.5" deep x 8.75" high firing chamber, 2.5" insulating firebrick stores heat efficiently and promotes stable, even cooling for glass annealing and controlled firing cycles. Side-mounted exposed heating elements are recessed into dropped firebrick grooves for protection and simplified maintenance, eliminating the need for element pins while allowing easier future replacement.

The kiln’s front-loading door design provides comfortable access for delicate loading and unloading tasks, especially beneficial for copper enameling, glass work, and dimensional jewelry pieces. A built-in door safety switch automatically disables the heating elements whenever the door is opened and resumes operation once closed. The durable single-hand latch and smooth hinge system support convenient daily operation while helping protect fragile projects during handling.

A stamped 1/2" opening in the steel door case provides optional flexibility for users wishing to add a peephole, vent, or pyrometer access point. The kiln’s built-in base remains cool during operation, eliminating the need for a separate stand while helping conserve valuable workspace in studios and classrooms.

The E14 is equipped with the SENTINEL Touch Xpress touchscreen controller, mounted at an ergonomic viewing angle on the kiln’s front base for easy access and operation. This advanced controller supports Ramp-Hold programming, real-time firing adjustments, programmable hold times, and detailed firing customization for a wide range of materials and techniques.

Despite its expanded chamber size, the E14 still operates from a standard 120V outlet, making it remarkably accessible for home studios, classrooms, and teaching environments where larger industrial electrical installations may not be practical.

The E14 is especially well-suited for enamelists, glass artists, jewelers, china painters, metal clay artists, and educators seeking the largest chamber volume available within the Paragon E Series platform. Its combination of generous interior space, digital precision, and compact front-loading convenience makes it an excellent solution for artists ready to move beyond smaller tabletop kilns without transitioning to full industrial equipment.

Controller

The Paragon E14 features the SENTINEL Touch Xpress Controller with an intuitive touchscreen interface and advanced Ramp-Hold programming capabilities. Easily control heating rates, hold times, skip-step functions, and firing schedules while monitoring real-time temperature data throughout the firing cycle. The user-friendly interface offers the flexibility needed for both simple and highly specialized firing programs.

Current lead times

Please contact us to reach out to the manufacturer for an estimated lead time.

There is currently a firebrick supply constraint affecting several kiln manufacturers, including this model. Because of that, lead times have been extended and can fluctuate.

Rather than guess, we can confirm the current production timeline with the factory before you place your order so you know exactly what to expect.
