Reliable Electric Glass Fusing Kiln for the Studio
The Olympic GF5E is a square-design electric glass fusing kiln built for studios that work in fusing, slumping, draping, and kiln-formed glass.
The 29″ x 29″ wide x 9″ firing chamber gives you 4.4 cubic feet of working space. It fires up to 1700°F — Olympic glass kilns ship rated to 1700°F by default to protect the optional quartz viewing window, but can be reprogrammed to fire higher.
The GF5E runs on 240/208V at 9 amps. Total draw is 4 watts.
Olympic Kilns has been building electric, gas, and glass firing kilns in Flowery Branch, Georgia for over 50 years. Their kilns are used by hobbyists, production studios, schools, and industrial users throughout the US.
