2. We check your order by hand — Within 1 business day, a kiln expert confirms your voltage, plug, and breaker match the kiln. If something looks off, we call you before charging ahead.
3. Your kiln is built or packed — Quick Ship kilns leave in 3-4 weeks. Made-to-order kilns get a progress update from us every week.
4. Freight company calls you — Once it ships you get tracking by email, then the carrier phones to usually the day of to let you know it is coming.
5. Curbside delivery day — The kiln arrives on a pallet at the curb. Have a helper on hand, look it over for damage before you sign, and call us if anything isn't right.
