How to Request a Price Difference Refund
To request a refund for the price difference, email us a link to the competing online listing within 30 days of your order date. Once we review the listing and confirm that it meets the requirements below, we will issue the appropriate credit.
Eligibility Requirements
Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
The item must have been purchased first from ProKilnSupply
The competing offer must be from an online-only retailer
Promotional pricing, coupon offers, clearance deals, and limited-time specials are not eligible

Warranty & Returns
Every product is brand new and backed by the original manufacturer's warranty — most kilns include at least a 1-year warranty. Exact terms vary by brand and model (see details above), and our team can confirm coverage anytime at support@prokilnsupply.com or (801) 839-5882.
Returns: New, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Freight damage: Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The Durston Double Wedging Table is built for potters who need a larger, more expansive clay-prep workspace without compromising durability. The 80mm-deep porous plaster top conditions clay effectively by absorbing excess moisture while preventing over-drying, and a dual ventilation system enhances airflow so the plaster dries quickly between sessions. The two plaster blocks are removable, making surface maintenance and long-term replacement simple.
