How to Request a Price Difference Refund
To request a refund for the price difference, email us a link to the competing online listing within 30 days of your order date. Once we review the listing and confirm that it meets the requirements below, we will issue the appropriate credit.

Warranty & Returns
Every product is brand new and backed by the original manufacturer's warranty — most kilns include at least a 1-year warranty. Exact terms vary by brand and model (see details above), and our team can confirm coverage anytime at support@prokilnsupply.com or (801) 839-5882.
Returns: New, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Freight damage: Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The Olympic 1827E is the deep version of the 18″-wide stackable line — same compact 17.5″ footprint, but 27″ of firing depth for tall vases, sculptural work, and stacked shelf loads. At 3.95 cubic feet it holds a serious amount of ware while still running on a standard 240V circuit.
What makes these kilns stackable is that the body comes apart into sections. You can carry it through a narrow doorway, down a basement stair, or into a second-floor studio one ring at a time — and when an element or a brick needs attention years from now, you work on the one section that needs it instead of tearing down the whole kiln.
Inside, Olympic's proven electrical box design uses heat shields with top and bottom perforations to keep the components cool, and balanced heating elements keep the chamber firing evenly top to bottom under any load.
Included with every order
Bartlett KilnStar digital controller, pilot light, 8″ metal stand, stainless steel jacket, observation plugs with peephole plugs, full instruction manual, and a 2-year limited kiln warranty through Olympic.
Popular options include the Genesis touchscreen controller (delay start, preheat, cone offset, skip step), lid lift assist, 2- or 3-zone control, automatic lid shut-off, castors, a Type S thermocouple, dual media, and 480V or 3-phase wiring. Give us a call and we'll help you spec it.
