How to Request a Price Difference Refund
To request a refund for the price difference, email us a link to the competing online listing within 30 days of your order date. Once we review the listing and confirm that it meets the requirements below, we will issue the appropriate credit.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

Warranty & Returns
Every product is brand new and backed by the original manufacturer's warranty — most kilns include at least a 1-year warranty. Exact terms vary by brand and model (see details above), and our team can confirm coverage anytime at support@prokilnsupply.com or (801) 839-5882.
Returns: New, unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us for return authorization before shipping anything back.
Freight damage: Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and email us within 24 hours of delivery.

The Olympic 2327E is the deepest of the 23″-wide cone 8 stackables — a 23⅜″ × 27″ chamber holding a full 7 cubic feet. It's the same footprint as the high-fire 2327HE, built with 2½″ firebrick instead of 3″ and rated to cone 8 (2300°F).
If your work lives in the cone 5–6 midrange — as most studio stoneware and commercial glazes do — this is the practical choice. You get the same 7 cubic feet of usable space for meaningfully less money, and the thinner brick heats up faster on a schedule where you're firing often.
A lid lift assist comes standard, as it does on every 23″ and 28″ Olympic stackable. And because the body separates into sections, a 7 cubic foot kiln can still be carried into a basement studio or through a standard doorway one ring at a time. Cone 8 models also carry Olympic's longer 2-year warranty.

Bartlett KilnStar digital controller, lid lift assist, pilot light, 8″ metal stand, stainless steel jacket, observation plugs with peephole plugs, full instruction manual, and a 2-year limited kiln warranty through Olympic.
