High-Temperature Joint & Repair Adhesive

Pyrolite E-Z FILL is a high-temperature joint and repair adhesive for use where direct molten metal contact isn't required. It comes in a convenient 10 oz. tube and is rated for environments up to 2300°F (1260°C).

Surfaces to be bonded must be clean and free of loose particles, dust, and release coating. The product cures through normal air drying; low-temperature heat (up to 200°F/95°C) from a hot air blower or low-velocity flame can speed up the process if needed.

Pyrolite is an allowable substrate for kiln wash — kiln wash won't pool where it's applied, so it works cleanly into existing kiln maintenance routines.

Application Directions

Smear on the product, use a squeegee or credit card to smooth it onto the surface, allow to become bone dry, then lightly sand to the desired smoothness using progressively finer grits of sandpaper.
